@chastity convinced me to begin a breadventure.
i have wanted to make my own gluten-free bread for a while, because I have celiac and I miss bread, but GF bread at the store is too expensive for my liking. thankfully, it's easier to start something with friends involved, so with chastity's encouragement (hi chastity π) and a GF rye bread recipe they picked out, I finally dragged myself out to a few stores to collect all of the flours and stuff needed to get it going.
proofed, baked, resting. have about five hours before i can actually eat it; i removed it from the loaf pan after an hour and gave it another 20 minutes to bake, but the oven was off when i came back at the end. did i do that? did my roommates? no idea honestly. i don't think it was me though.
i'm sorta wary but since it was in the heated oven for a while anyways i think it'll be ok, but fingers crossed still. it has to cool for five hours so i can't find out for a while. i decided to put a note on the loaf since I might just have to tell a pack of 30-somethings to not mess with things they are not involved in! yes i'm mad i'm going outside i'll eat the fuck out of this bread later
