It's Monday, whatever.
@chastity and I are on week #2 of our gluten-free bread baking project. I was on recipe selection duty this time, so I picked this flatbread recipe from the same website as week #1 because I was deeply missing naan bread last week. I didn't bother adding the garlic+butter that would've brought it closer, but this is still really hitting the spot and I'm delighted at how easy it was to make.

i didn't bother doing in-progress photos of mine but here's the final product. i'm already being a little extra and going off script: i decided to take some of the oxtail i had and stuff a couple of the pieces.
i did the same millet substitution as daisy and then absolutely did not read any of the instructions about how to cook them in the pan so this is the first i'm learning of any kind of brush oil on top lmao
currently eating the oxtail stuffed ones with some fig jam spread on top
