He only appeared this one time in 1998 (just 28 years old!) and as the Wikipedia notes, "failed to make it past the first obstacle of the First Stage." So roughly about ten seconds after my partner looked it up and cried out "THAT'S ACTUALLY TIGER MASK IV?!" Oh well. We love you, Tiger Mask.
