Yeah... I had to take the Sekiro "Hesitation is defeat" mentality to beat that damned boss. It was a huge difficulty spike, honestly.
Luckily bosses in games get easier after the first one not harder...........Anyway its a mech game all you got to do is shoot and dodge attacks do that and it will be easy peasy.
