Thanks @zalno for bringing the archiverse to our attention !

I'm super happy to see my Splatfest doodles again, I thought I lost them along with my computer. That made my day.
Edit : ok, so not everything is there but I'm very happy with what is.

Man I miss Miiverse, having a little Nintendo community full of talented artists right on your console was such a good idea. It was one of my favorite things about the Wii U. People really didn't understand from the outside looking in just how engaging that console was to the hardcore faithful. I was glued to that gamepad for those few short years!

I rarely draw and yet something about Miiverse encouraged me to doodle all the time, it became a creative outlet and a great way to decompress in between work or classes. Looking back I'm surprised how good some of these scribbles were.

Imagine thinking that Twitter/Facebook integration was a better option. :-(
And yeah, cool doodles ! The gamepad was great for that.
It's really too bad that the genuine "WiiU experience" went away with Miiverse.
Unlike NSO that's something I'd gladly pay for.

For real. Those social media integrations were set up for completely cynical reasons. They wanted people sharing to promote the games and their respective console ecosystems. Miiverse was a community of enthusiastic players and a time capsule of the Wii U era, so great to see it preserved.
