Eh the PS4 UI was a lot better than the PS5, and that was pretty much a slightly better PS3 one...

You know what I really hate about tech UI? That you don't have a choice. You simply must use the current version. You're not allowed to use an older version. It's dumb.
I yearn for the PS4 and 3DS's themes to come back. It made the UI so much more fun. The Switch's two-color soundless void can go kick rocks!

PS3 Xbar always felt clunky to me, but I loved the PS4's UI. PS5's is definitely worse. It feels like they make changes just for the sake of it sometimes. I want themes back, dammit! Now whenever I boot up my PS4 it's like going home.
Unbelievable how much of a downgrade the PS5 feels in comparison. I would argue PS4 even has a better controller
