I woke up extremely early for me on the weekend, like 7:30am. Then I played Soul Hackers 2 for like 4 hours straight. Shaved, took a shower, changed my bag, and all that felt good body stuff. My partner left to visit her family for Mother's day so I had the apartment to myself. Spoke with my step-mom and dad and it was a real nice conversation. Then got Thai food from a place I never had before and it was some of the best I've ever had. Gonna make some Chicken Noodle Soup for meal planning.
Considering the hell of the passed few months, it was really nice to just have a pleasant day. I feel like, not just a new chapter, but like a whole new book in my life is starting.
