There's one that jumps too, I think around the starting line of forest? Maybe that's just a saturn version thing.
I did a brief check of the saturn netlink plus edition and didn't see a jumping guy but fistpump guy DID get promoted to clapping both hands over his head! i'm unsure of the lore implications
I understand it was a rhetorical joke question but my brain has a problem where I have to answer earnestly: he's smooth because that looks like paper doll animation. The shoulder, bicep and forearm are all different objects and since the animation is so simple (the whole rig is basically tweening between two poses) it takes up very little memory.
Honestly, yeah!!!! Not knowing the game, I pressed the play button before reading the post expecting, at most, a 3 frame animation dude... This shouldn't feel as creepy as it does lol
I'm going to put in the perspective of what my reaction probably would have been, it was probably a pain in the ass to set up the animation, probably looked at the rest of the crowd and realized it wasn't worth the time to do it for every single crowd member and didn't bother to remove it
I am surprisingly unsettled by this. It's like the racing game version of the HellValleySkyTree guys.
