My submission for my mandolin discord's 'tune of the month'. This is a melody known to Ozark fiddlers, and traditionally refers to one of two contexts:
- To be played to indicate the players' 'dry' status, indicating the need for a drink refill
- A commemoration of the desolation of US government-provided western land claims
