i know this is a joke but i do actually do this sometimes
also separately in my hs games club when we played catan i always kept economic stats and for this i used a unit "pips" where 1 pip = 1 / 36. A 6 of ore produces 5p ore. i bring it up because i also used base-6 (i.e. 100p = 1 full material) until the others expressed confusion
especially since it's super easy to mentally simplify probabilities in base 6 to their base 3 or base 2 equivalents when your d6 is acting like a d3 or a coin
