a dentist fell off a horse and a colleague shared the news with a bunch of other dentists, hoping to get folks to help them volunteer to cover her practice while she recovers. what does this have to do with me, someone who is neither a dentist, horse or woman with horse? well, one of those dentists emailed me by accident to share his commentary: "it appears that everyone needs to be careful on a horse."

The problem with falling off a horse is you could mess up your teeth and if it turns out you are a dentist then that would be very embarrassing
"it appears that everyone needs to be careful on a horse." sounds a lot like "this is not the first dentist who has fallen off a horse"
yeah i'm wondering if the intended recipient of the email who shares my surname had a recent horse incident herself!
