You can just ask Canada Post to not give you junk mail, or as they call it "neighbourhood mail". Just put a note somewhere in your mailbox or by your mail slot and the carrier should stop giving you unaddressed mail.

Also I love how the keywords in that website have "junk mail", despite not actually using that term anywhere on the page itself.
