it's a lot easier now! the game got an update a few years ago that added a TON to the pacifist side of the game

i love how iji feels like a game made entirely out of secrets. i love how just before the end you find a text log which just says 'hey dork, remember feeling upset early game that you couldn't reallocate your skill points? well you can and could have been doing so this whole time! have fun with your pacifist run next go around'
"game made entirely out of secrets" is such a great type of game that you so rarely find in this same way. like so many old indie games run on this
