FFT's original localization is amazing because it's clearly written by native speakers who actually do know how to write English well, but also produced some of the most amazing misromanizations I've ever seen

To be fair to them, "uizu naibusu" is a transliteration that feels like it was cut up with knives u_u
I couldn't get through the WotL localisation. I just liked the "modern speak" of the original.
Yeah, agreed. The original translation is rough but it also has a brusque realness that works super well for the material.
