Thinkin' about the ZX Spectrum game Bloody. Thinkin' about that cover art, mostly. I have never seen an image before or since which so completely defies interpretation.

Text "Bloody" in in dripping blood? Sure. Pills? Sure? Syringe? Sure. Doctor? Sure. Giant black-sclera'd, black-and-yellow-striped-eyed horned cat creature with giant blood-tipped fangs? Uhm... What appears to be a sea anemone? ... Wait, wait, I think something went badly wrong here, I have no idea what this means anymore.
I always think of this line from one of Ashens' terrible video game covers talks-
