Today I made a very good sandwich for lunch.
We've got:
- Fry bread made with my whole wheat sourdough discard
- Cinnamon six-grain granola I made yesterday
- Chunky natural peanut butter
- Banana that's got a few black spots but is somehow still green at the tip (perfect)
This blows the Tropical Smoothie version out of the water and it is about 60 cents per sandwich, all together.
(The fry bread is not particularly healthy, but I did what I could (no lard & whole wheat flour). I really wish there was a way to fry something and yet not experience any consequences!)
