A friend mentioned she saw this kumara bread on a murder mystery show and she's recently had some tough times, so as a bread baker I do what I can: bake bread. Since it's the first time I'm baking it, I won't change it to be no-knead or use my sourdough starter. (I may regret both of those.) I am converting it to baker's percentages and making an extra half-loaf to keep. (I won't regret that.)
