Like the beets, I started these too late and they've wanted more light than I could give them. I had a few big enough to harvest foe dinner today, so I have! I have several more waiting in the bucket to get bigger, or hibernate and be ready for spring eating.
I ate the small one raw and it was very sweet! A good carrot. The rest will be roasted.
Variety is Danvers 126!
