Cucumber and nasturtium seeds sown, and an extra round of dill, for fun. I had an empty bucket so I scattered some mixed lettuce seeds in there to see what I can get before it gets too hot here.
The wire "bird" cloches worked well against the hail and wind-blown debris. I will need to get some larger wire mesh trash cans for later in the growing season, with the way the hail has been here. I'd use hail fabric and a frame, but I don't want to make one, and also my threat model has to include large hail being thrown by 75MPH+ winds.
(The little granules are Sluggo Plus. The earwigs have eaten multiple seedlings this year, and I am done playing nice.)
