I cannot begin to stress how important it is for TMA people to be able to freely speak and say stupid shit, to have space to breath without hypervisibility petrifying any transfeminist discourse before it can flesh itself out because the people's who are experiencing the subject matter of the political discipline are denied the right to speak of the unique social relations of transfemininity without a state of the art lexicon informed by every single other sociological discourse around marginalisation - this isn't to say that we shouldn't strive for intersectionality etc! quite the opposite! it's just that it's actually apart of the marginalisation to expect university degree levels of analysis from girls just talking about life and their frustrations - they might have weird conclusions, wrong conclusions, but their experiences and grieviences are valid and we need to be able to have a platform if we are to ever defeat transmisogyny and therefore the patriarchy by extension.
