how did it go from Mise en place plus stuff you pre-prepared earlier in the day to like, 'Top Ten Tips to Plan Out Your Nutrition For The Week'. how did fitness people hijack 'making food as a two-step operation' or 'incredibly rich discussion on how to cut an onion'

Not to mention how much "meal prep" content is just... making and storing leftovers?
