I've always pronounced it "link-sis" like short for "Link System" which seems natural if you're used to computer system files having the ".SYS" file extension, for example. I imagine people who don't have that context see it more like other works with an "sy" end like tipsy and such but also treat it like a plural or possessive noun but if it was a possessive noun it would be "linksy's" and if it were plural it would probably be "linksies."
