QT Fatties in New Brunswick has free healthcare information and two (free) zines with fat queer art. I personally have my "Male in Morning Time" piece in their first zine.
They also send much of what is donated to queers in need and have done an incredibly job sharing queer stories. I highly recommend checking them out.
