Probably her best normal by far, so much fucking range, a great hitconfirm to cancel to either Psycho Ball or her combos, in 2003 specifically it can cancel into 6CD(her blowback attack in other games) which knocksdown. So much pushblock if you block it too making her hella safe and hell if you combine THAT with Psycho Ball......π¬
Tashigi's j.A:
A spinny aerial normal with so many hits.... a decent air to air and a even better jump-in! Great for combos(though they can scale) and can cancel to her 236B leading to a simple knockdown to do oki. So much blockstun if you do block it too. Honestly this move probably carries Tashigi up the tier list in OPFA it's really good.
Akainu's 5B:
So I don't actually play Akainu lol. Also this move is REALLY UNSAFE LMAO
But I play a lot of characters in One Piece Fighting Adventure anyway and sometimes if I'm bored I'll play him occansionally.
Nothing much to say, this move is pretty unsafe I don't recommend actually using this move in neutral, but I put it here because it's fun to use in combos and also it's a good frame trap. It does great damage and connects to Akainu's 236A, which launches. Other than that, combo filler.

Also kinda unsafe similar to Akainu...? But the difference here is it can be roman canceled on hit/block which reduces how unsafe it can be. But also if it hits, OH MY GOD it has so much hitstun jesus christ. And don't get me started if you hit it on Counter Hit(Spoilers: Time to dig a grave if your opponent has high guts/stun level)
It's mainly why I'm lenient with this move despite it being unsafe as on hit the reward is MASSIVE.
