Oooooh, or maybe the citrus is a status indicator that implies the +1 comfort modifier has already been applied!

An alt text tip: no need to start it with "image description" since screen readers will tell folks it's an image. (I did it in my post since it was in a post, not actually in an alt text element/tag.)
