god I can't help but keep falling in love with dr who again and again, everytime I'm reminded by the moments in it.

like I watched it in a pretty lonely and sad time in my life, if I'm going to be honest. and the stories brought so much awe and wonder - and they also gave me tears. in those moments, I didn't feel lonely - I felt like a part of somethin ya know? as if enveloped by a book you can't let go.

it's probably why the RTD era is my favourite - it had... so many deeper stories for me. it cut so much deeper. Moffat's era had good episodes and stories sure, and it had stars - but RTD's era felt a lot more personal to me. maybe it's the lower budget, I dunno. to be fair, Capaldi was legendary and 12 is my favourite doctor all round.

I'm excited to be excited about Dr Who again, not gonna lie. Can't wait for RTD to take the reins again. And if it doesn't work, well Seasons 1~4 and 8~11 will always be there, waiting for me to watch them again.

update: im not shittin on Moffat's era btw, it's also really good if I'm honest. just. RTD was legendary ya know?
