im here now; the sheer audacity

occasionally here, when the orbit takes me --- hard to fit in

also:

my idea of what they'd be like is ever-changing --- so unless they're a changeling sort it won't work

when I think of what my OC would be like, all that comes to mind is some esoteric force of nature that also happens to have an ego

although in terms of visuals, guess I'd say the true representation would be like, a faded silhouette with radiant eyes that leave a trail behind them, embers of the void constantly falling off them

Anwyays, i closed like 200 tabs, some dating back like, a year and a half... i still have 44 windows open with god knows how many tabs in them lol. Also its gone 5am.

Am i a messy internet user?

Now i just use Tab Wrangler. It’s a must have if you’re like me

In case that’s useful for anyone. I use those settings:

  • Close inactive tabs after 1440 minutes
  • Auto-close tabs if you have more than 20 tabs open
  • Remember up to 1000 closed tabs

I start panicking when I have more than 20 tabs because it usually means I’m in A Rabbit Hole and I can’t wait to get out of it to close everything.

When I need “long term storage” for a link it either goes to my bookmarks or Raindrop.io.

this ol brain has latched onto a potentially new tool

it says it's designed for creatives but built for coders which is quite literally who i am

it's looking a bit like notion but like, specific to bookmarks and the sort... looks interesting though i usually come back to stale tabs - me clicking on them is inevitable as I start going on binge mode

but maybe it's useful for keeping track of pages i like, spicier bookmarks. though bookmarks are prolly better.... hmm.
