Right arm has been going numb for the last few weeks when I use it for extended periods of time, so I ended up getting a massage to try to at least slap a bandage on these gunshot wounds (my wrist + my lower back) until I can get a new PCP and actual treatment.
The good news is that the pain is now WAY less debilitating in my wrist and lower back. Hooray! The bad news -and this is something that I didn't notice until the massage therapist worked on it- is that my rotator cuff is in poor shape. Just absolute garbage. Like he applied a bit of pressure, and I almost started screaming and crying and tapping out as if we were in a match.
The other stuff has been so painful for so long that I didn't notice my garbage shoulder. Goddammit.
Trying not to be too dramatic, but I'm so bummed out that I have all of this stuff that I'm actively working on and have planned out, and my body decides that when I'm passionate and active is when it's time to be a fuckin' tire fire. And I know that the real reason is that I didn't take care of myself for so long, but it still sucks a whole bunch (I DIDN'T THINK I'D LIVE THIS LONG OK? I DIDN'T HAVE PLANS FOR LONG TERM MAINTENANCE).
