This was supposed to be a leitmotif for an old OC who was, in effect, a completely normal paladin whose patron deity was basically Cthulhu. This song would play as she did a mahou shojou style transformation sequence that ended with her growing tentacles and eyes in bizarre places.
Musically, it's inspired a lot by the Jojo's Bizarre Adventure anime "beatdown themes" (Il Vento d'Oro and the like), although with a much weirder time signature.
