I've got an old 2019 16" mbp that for the most part has been a windows box using Bootcamp. In the last few months it started doing this thing where the screen would black out entirely and there'd be no way to get it to respond short of rebooting and even then, that wouldn't work 100% of the time.
We've reached a point where the macbook will power on, keyboard and touchbar illuminate and it 'boots into windows' (you can hear the sounds) but there's no display - connecting an external monitor does not work, but you can hear the 'Windows has detected a device' sound when you do it.
Last month I booted back into macOS and reinstalled Bootcamp from scratch and that worked for a week or so but we're back to it and now I can't even get it to the boot selection screen. It just powers on and (based on sound cues) boots straight into Windows with no display and no way to get it into macOS

Looking for any help or advice anyone could have on this with the caveat to please read what I've already tried below

"Flashlight in the screen" to see if it's a backlight issue: Nothing there.
(Note for the below - the keyboard DOES work or at the very least, caps lock is responsive and in Windows I can keyboard shortcut myself to a reboot - the below key combinations have also been tried with external keyboards as well)
Holding option to view the boot menu and switch into macOS: no longer works. All key combinations at power on ineffective.
macOS Recovery mode: no longer works. All key combinations at power on ineffective.
Target Disk mode: no longer works. All key combinations at power on ineffective.
PRAM and SMC reset: no longer works. All key combinations at power on ineffective.
External monitor: Windows 'detects a device' and plays sound, but there's no external display
Running out the battery entirely: Historically this has worked to get the display back on, but it's inconsistent now
Revive via Configurator on another mac: Would like to try this, but Configurator doesn't detect the macbook when it's in Windows mode and as mentioned above, I'm not finding a way to get into macOS (also I don't even know if this'll work for an intel mac)
Confirmed that the mac partition hasn't been removed or broken Can't do this, sadly other than "it was there last month when I reinstalled bootcamp, the issues I'm seeing predate that reinstall, and the device has mostly been unused since because of this behavior." I can't rule out that something happened to the mac partition but I don't have a way to check.
