thinking about how suckass Avalon is still and i think part of why i'm already super-tired of the vex network stuff in destiny 2/lightfall is that i can't not feel like i'm in a greybox and when the fights/encounters are not good that feeling is Bad. like when the stuff is compelling (like partition 1 & 2) it's fun, i like the strike plenty too. but when it's bad (partition 3 and avalon) i just feel like im locked in a Run Test mode of a level editor and having a bad time
