i'm still beating around the "starting a new save from scratch to get to PL" bush, is the update worth that timesink? or should i just load up my complete save file and play it from there?
I opened an old save, looked at the abilities tree and having to figure all that out at high level, said "fuck it, I enjoyed this game enough to start from scratch", picked a new origin and enjoyed the hell out of it.
It plays much better than the older game, especially if you want to do melee stuff. The new movement stuff (especially the air dash) is dope and I felt it def worth my time to play the whole thing again.
Every time I boot up the game now and that spaceship is staring at me from the title screen ... damn
