I've heard talk about language like that being used to get around people's blocked key words. Like 'Self Care' being used for a stand in for masturbation.
You're right!!! I try not to be the kind of person that's like "stop being weird," but every time I see "seggs" my face gets all scrungy like a cat with a weird smell
if it replaces the usage of the words in regular usage, it's kinda cringe yeah
but idk, something about belting out UWOOOOGH SEEEEEGGS as a punchline just hits right sometimes
idk every time i've gotten that comment even on my most explicit R18 stuff i just sorta wince. it never feels genuine to me and more like people just want to meme on something i put, like, a lot of care into
yeah, i can totally see that in that context. i was mostly referring to joking around with friends, which is a completely different vibe
i guess i didn't really take the performative nature of it into account
