sometimes you have a moment where you're like ah the kids are the alright and then sometimes you're taking the skytrain home and a 14-year old is very loudly saying a bunch of hate speech to get a rise out of the girls he was with because i guess he thinks they'll think it's cool?? to say transphobic and racist shit when there are poc and trans passengers sitting around them??

It’s so frustrating how people are right now about things, Lyn had to deal with a racist dude at the store the other day trying to get a rise out of her (not directly but he was muttering things behind her hoping to get her attention). It’s rough out there :/
