At GDC a couple of years ago I got weird looks for making a lot of arguments as to why I thought Last of Us was just good, not the greatest of all time, nor game's "Citizen Kane" moment (which is another rant in of itself).
we definitely spend time in different spaces of GDC because last of us is pretty routinely clowned on 'round my parts
It was 2023 and I was at one of those speed networking events. In the garden it was a lot different vibe.

All I know of him really or remember is "News story of Overwhelmingly crunch and misery/unhappiness and multiple dev team members not liking or eanting to work on the direction Last of us Part 2 was pushed towards during Development, DruckMann response was basicaly you know this game is too much for some people I guess, that sucks oh well"
