i wish i caught a clip of this cuz it was so funny but it's 6am in France/at Le Mans right now and the commentators are so very tired and one of them was like "Ah and of course we're thinking of our dear friend [person's name] who's a photographer friend of ours who passed away and we miss him dearly" and the other guy was like "What? He's not dead. I spoke to him last week!" and the first guy was so confused and was trying to think who he was actually thinking of and named another person and the second guy goes "No, he's alive too!" and the first guy was audibly the most confused he's ever been
