If you're ever in Montreal, Novanta was by far my fav.
If you're ever in Tokyo and visiting the Skytree, detour a couple blocks down to Shigeno Coffee. It's run by a guy out of his garage, he speaks good English, is very friendly, and makes the best pour overs I've ever had.
