i wish mastodon didn't seem so intimidating
maybe then most folks would be on board with it too
everyone who moved to bluesky is already familiar with decentralized social media (although it's still in beta, so there aren't many other instances out there).
all you really have to do on mastodon is pick an instance and familiarize yourself with its rules. you can migrate between instances too (some say it's a necessary part of the experience).
idk i'm just tired of this stigma that mastodon is reserved for all the techy nerds and shit. i only know basic CSS and my experience has been amazing!
please… just try it.
