you know you made it as an EDM artist when you mostly and consistently play stadiums and arenas.
surprisingly, very few have gotten to that point. guess most of the legends still stick to the clubs ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
of course, sticking to the clubs might be by choice. maybe it creates more of a vibe than the bigger venues, and that's fine!
i just find it amusing that odesza always plays stadiums, but not someone like tiësto
i guess it depends on the caliber of the show. odesza tends to bring a lot of pyro and their shows involve a lot of visual tricks to make it seem like performers appear out of nowhere (some of which i can't even figure out!).
but in most cases, all you need is your gear.
