If you're interested in further idTech related coolness, I'd have to recommend FTEQW: It's a sourceport for Quake, Quake 2, Hexen 2, and Quake 3 all rolled into one tight 7mb executable. I find it to be the best one-stop-shop for these games. Also it's heavily customizable and even has external GLSL script loading capabilities for shaders and whatnot.
I also use it for making my own 3D games.
