it's been one year since the DNF 2001 leak came out! it changed my fuckin life! it continues to change my life!
playing the leak for the first time on may 10th was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that was honestly, genuinely emotional. i'll never forget it. it really felt like the sequel to Duke 3D in every good way. i streamed it for five hours with friends, checking out as many maps as we could and trying to imagine what their plans were for the game.
then, a couple weeks later, another massive event. but we'll get to that.
