Love to do hours of technical interviews back to back
as someone who interviews people for tech jobs (sorry) and who wants the experience to be as minimally-painful as possible, if you donβt mind sharing what aspects of them you hate the most, Iβd be interested in listening.
(unless the answer is βeverythingβ, in which case, yes, I sympathize, unfortunately we tried hiring people without interviews and that didnβt work out well for anyone involved)
