Just barely coming in under the wire, here is my analysis for the second half of EP 7 of the NieR: Automata Ver 1.1a anime. This part hews pretty closely to the game, but I still find some space to talk about the series' use of camera and framing to set expectations, as well as how A2's appearance here compares to the game (both positively and negatively).
