I need metal music that is too long, too slow, and too weird, and I'm tired of finding the same handful of albums that Rate Your Music recommends over and over again. Give me your drone metal, your atmospheric sludge, your blackgaze, your post-metal, your stoner albums that are a single 60-minute long track at a brisk 12 BPM. I have a need for a specific brand of music, and I will listen to them!!

Just got to listen to this one tonight and it's incredible! Definitely rooted in doom music, but with so much more going on than I expected. Lots of post-metal and sludge notes in it, kind of like someone tossed Baroness and Mastodon in a blender and sped them down 50%.
not sure how much it really fits the bill but II by Intaglio is a pretty slow album with a lot of unique flavors
