little guys
Like, the little plastic trinket guys and spaceships and things you get for a couple arcade tickets a pop or from a dispenser at the grocery store exit (I feel like gacha is technically the word for these but they're also not the same at all)
what if,, I made some some time, out of resin or injection molding (which while doable on small scale still has a pretty eye watering startup cost--I have fallen down that research rabbit hole multiple times lol) and then got some gacha capsules and then put them up in a webstore somewhere? Maybe with tiny sticker sheets??
...I honestly almost always have an Urge To Make Stickers and Urge to Make Little Guys, but I don't follow up on it since there's a scal issue with them. You gotta make a good number of them (and that's part of the appeal!!) but then you gotta do something with them all and like, marketing stuff? So you can actually get them out of your house and making other people smile too? the worst ever (not the smiles part, the figuring out how to connect with those who would smile at my little guys)
My current specific brainworm are cute little derpy bugs--beetles and isopods for a nice easy-to-cast PillShape, preferably in a material that has a little give to it.
