the time stamp on the first pic says Oct 10 (and was taken after I did a chunk of sorting, glad I remembered to even take one!); I think I did it in three very separate sessions. I have more legos than I thought!!

The rough categories are "curved/sloped bits" "basic bricks" and "everything Cool". Bricks must have studs and are further divided by plate and block with cardboard; even then I had to do a thin section in the back of the curves for everything 6 studs or less (more or less; 1x6 isn't included cuz it looked funny), which I think will actually be pretty handy in building. All my minifigs and most of their props are in a separate small tub. I don't know how consistent I was with barrels--I think the 1x1 ones are in Cool while everything larger is in curves/slopes, lol. I also might have been inconsistent with transparent plates, putting some in Cool since a) they are and b) as a kid we had all transparent elements in one drawer

I'm excited to play around now that it's easier to do so!
