So if you do not have insurance, you may be having trouble getting the new COVID shot. CVS, eTrueNorth, and Walgreens and a few other pharmacies on vaccines.org are in the CDC's Bridge Access Program where tax dollars pay for your COVID shot.

If you book on vaccines.org, you do not have to pay, tell them they are participants in the CDC Bridge Access Program and they will be reimbursed through the Feds. Local and State healthcare centers may also have stockpiles of the new shot (it's just one).

Actually very helpful. How is Novavax vs the mRNA vaccines now? I only ever got the Jansen because less shots tbh lol, and I was slightly concerned about the brand new vaccine method the mRNA vaccines represented. Seems like they worked out pretty well, but is there any reason to prefer one over the other now, even if anecdotal?

My family has gotten Pfizer, and i've gotten Moderna, we've had no side effects, my sister has been exposed numerous times to people with COVID and has never gotten sick. Neither has my dad. My mom entered a hospice just as a fucking outbreak occurred but she also didn't get it.
