There have been few things as good for my mental health as writing a long, angry post about a thing I'm upset about...and then putting in the drafts where no one will see it and it doesn't hurt anyone. Now the anger and sads and hurt feelings and the venom is out of my head, but is also safely contained in the drafts where everyone - including me - can't be hurt by it anymore.
Try it sometimes. That hot take about The Thing you're upset about - put it in the drafts, see if you still think it's worth posting after it's out of your head and in a post but not in the wild. Nine times out of ten, it helps.
