You know, it really is so much bullshit that everyone who said for years "Hey if you work out more it won't magically make your mental health issues go away, but it will improve your overall mood" seem to be fucking right. Every time I workout I go "oh yeah, I feel much less like shit right now." The audacity of people to be correct in my direction, I can't believe it.
Will this lead to a meaningful change in behavior? Well... gonna actually try so we'll see how this goes.
