deadly premonition has a lot of shit going on but the intro where francis york morgan is driving a car in torrential rain on one hand, typing on a laptop with the other, smoking a cigarette, and having an argument on the phone about the sexuality of tom & jerry's relationship, is one of the most stunning character establishing moments of all time.
